What is myNFP used for?

The myNFP software supports users of the symptothermal method in logging and evaluating their cycles.

myNFP can use the data entered by the user to create a cycle curve and evaluate it using the symptothermal method (also called NFP) based on the Sensiplan set of rules. myNFP shows transparently which method rules are used to determine the fertility status, so that the user can always understand the evaluation and change it manually if necessary.

The prerequisite for correct use is: knowledge of the method, regular and careful temperature measurement (using a CE-marked thermometer with a resolution of at least 0.05°C), regular and careful recording of all relevant physical symptoms and the absence of extraordinary circumstances that disturb the cycle evaluation could.

Evaluated cycles must always be checked for plausibility by the user!

myNFP aims to detect fertility status, but is neither a contraceptive nor does it control physiological processes. The information myNFP provides is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
